Reporting to the Director People Development and Culture you will shape impactful training programs and policies in SIXT Operations and steer their implementation on a global scale.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • You consult with the business to identify learning needs and design global learning and development journeys, trainings and policies tailored to the needs of our Operations Business
  • You build strong relationships with internal stakeholders in our corporate countries to ensure alignment and buy-in for the learning programs and the implementation of global standards worldwide
  • You define and monitor impact KPIs to evaluate and continuously improve program quality and effectiveness and keep program content up to date
  • You ensure program quality and the execution of global standards of learning journeys and policies in all corporate countries according to our global governance framework
  • You partner with experts and trainers for training design and learning technology for optimal program development

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • You have several years of experience in designing and managing global learning & development programs (e.g. trainee programs, onboarding programs, etc.) for sales & service roles in an international work environment
  • You have an educational background in business, people management or related field
  • You have proven that you can think creatively when developing new approaches and solutions in complex environments
  • You have strong communication and influencing skills and a result-orientated work style and are able to strive in a fast-paced environment utilizing your analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • You are fluent in English both spoken and written, German is a plus
