We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Boston, United States. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high-quality standards. Salary $68,548, plus an annual bonus $30,000, bonus paid monthly and company car.
- Develop and implement production strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Manage and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
- Develop and manage production budgets, controlling costs while meeting quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in production management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large-scale operational teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office suite
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
- Experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to meeting production deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-confident and responsible, with a proven track record of achieving production goals

As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
