Rental Sales Agent

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will be creating the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer

  • You elevate every rental experience by serving as our expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet, actively promoting and selling additional vehicles and optional extras that align with each customer’s preferences while delivering excellent face-to-face customer service

  • You will manage our premium vehicle fleet while selling additional services that cover the whole topic of car rental

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

MUST HAVE sales experience: retail, dealership, technology, insurance, real estate sales experience preferred.

  • Sales Talent You are motivated and enjoy direct customer contact, and you are a natural sales talent

  • Practical Experience You bring valuable experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism and have a service-oriented mindset, excel in customer support, and experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned

  • Communication You possess excellent communication skills, embodying our commitment to friendly and helpful service

  • Flexibility You are willing to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with an open flexibility approach to working hours

  • Driver License You hold a valid US Driver’s license with a clean driving record

About you:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1-year customer service or sales experience
  • Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferred
  • Ability to follow defined service and sales processes
  • Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus About the department:
