The B2P (Business to Partner) department looks after our tourism sales partners all over the world. From online travel agencies to rental car brokers, from meta channels to multimodal platforms - together with our colleagues, we ensure that customers always find their perfect SIXT rental car for their next trip. No matter which platform they start their search on and where they want to travel. You will enrich our team by setting up and expanding cooperation with international partners, identifying joint business opportunities and implementing and carrying out partner-related projects. DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • You support our distribution processes both technically and operationally
  • You are the first point of contact for existing customers with technical queries and are responsible for the bookability of our products, bug fixing and the definition of new features as an interface between our business segment and IT
  • You will independently support new partners in the implementation of our products (technical connection, testing, etc.) and take over first-level support after go live in cooperation with the IT department
  • You will work your way into commission payments, be an expert in systemic systems and functions of the SIXT reservation system and take on tasks such as quality assurance, monitoring and evaluations
  • You are the internal contact for pre- and post-rental teams, train colleagues on our products and optimize procedures and processes for our business segment
  • You will be in close contact with our customer service and partners to resolve customer issues

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • You have successfully completed training in the tourism sector with several years of professional experience or a degree in economics, tourism or a comparable course of study
  • You have already gained practical experience in partner tool implementation, account/product management, sales or related areas
  • Booking systems such as GDS or OBEs and/or other interfaces are no foreign word to you, ideally you already have user knowledge or at least enjoy familiarizing yourself with systems
  • You are confident, communicative, like to go into detail and find process topics exciting
  • You have good German and English skills and enjoy working in an international environment
