Rental Sales Agent

What you will do:

• Welcoming our customers at SIXT
• Check if the customers have all the required documents present to set up their rental agreement
• Performing security checks
• Selling protection packages and upgrades
• Offering the best service
• Explaining rental agreements to the customers
• Handing over the keys
• Communicate with the parking and turn around team which vehicles are available and needed
• Reporting to the sales and service supervisors

• Fixed salary of € 2.630,- gross per month.

• Must speak English, other languages are nice to have.

• Must have a driving license. About the department:
  As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
